Note:-  Use measurement cup and spoon. Don’t use tea cup and regular spoon. Apply any base for to make ice-cream recipe.Only use plastic airtight container.Add color and essence as per your choice. Read all instructions before processing.You will get yummy icecream.Instead of whipped cream you can also used fresh milk cream.If you have no blender you can also use the mixer,But blender gives the best result.

Base – 1
 250 g whipped cream ,100 ml milkmaid. Mix properly, add essence ,color, fruit pulp and  blend it .Use the blender.  Keep the mixture in freezer for 9-10 hrs until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Base – 2
 1 cup milk(buffalo), 1 cup milk powder , 1 cup sugar mix properly.Transfer  mixture  to an airtight container and place in the freezer  for 9-10 hrs. Mixture should be thick. Then blend it.Now add 1 cup whipped cream(fresh milk cream), add essence ,color, fruit pulp, again blend it. Again keep the mixture in freezer for 9-10 hrs until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Base-3
 250 ml milk , 1 tbsp milkpowder , 1 tbsp corn flour , 1 tbsp gms powder , 4 tbsp sugar ,  ½ tsp stabilizer powder . Boil it, make a thick liquid then cool it.Keep the mixture in freezer for  9-10hrs. Then blend it.Now add  ½  cup whipped cream(fresh milk cream), add essence ,color, fruit pulp, again blend it. Again keep the mixture in freezer for 9-10 hrs until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Instructions
1)Take  2 cup base ice-cream .
2)Add  1 tbsp coco powder,
3)Add  ¼ cup chikoo pulp
